Fair Use Policy for Used Items

To keep our guarantee sustainable as a small business, we apply a Fair Use Policy for items that have been used.

If you request a refund for a used product, we may ask you to complete a short questionnaire and provide a few photos of the item. This process helps us:

  • Confirm the product was genuinely tried
  • Understand what did not work for you
  • Improve our products and setup guidance
  • Continue offering a fair and hassle free guarantee for all customers

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This allows us to operate responsibly without giving products away for free.


Returns Questionnaire (Used Items Only)

If requested, you may be asked to provide the following:

Order Details

  • Order number, product name, and approximate delivery date

Setup Information

  • Where the product was placed
  • Whether there was direct skin contact
  • How it was grounded and whether the connection was tested

Usage Pattern

  • Total nights used
  • Any factors that may have affected results such as travel, illness, medication changes, or high stress

Expected Results vs Actual Experience

  • What you hoped to improve and what you noticed instead
  • Clear examples are helpful

Product Condition

  • Current condition
  • Whether it was washed according to care instructions
  • Confirmation that all parts are included
  • 2 to 3 clear photos showing the overall condition

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will of course make it right as quickly as possible. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue without delay.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 working days.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We do not charge any restocking fees

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
