At WellNatura, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your product, we are here to help.
Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Important: Our refund window changed over time:
- 30-day guarantee applies to orders placed before 13.03.2025
- 90-day guarantee applies to orders placed from 13.03.2025 until 05.01.2026 (inclusive) but not on used items, only new items.
Our current refund policy:
- 30-day guarantee applies again to orders placed from 06.01.2026 onward (on new and used items, please read our fair use policy for used items below).

We’re passionate about our products and confident you’ll love them — whether your item is brand new or you’ve already tried it at home. If something isn’t as expected, you’re covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. For used items, we apply a simple Fair Use Policy to keep this guarantee sustainable for a small business: before we can approve a return, we ask you to complete the short questionnaire below and attach a few photos. This helps us confirm the product was genuinely tried, understand what didn’t work for you, and continually improve our products and instructions. WellNatura Returns Questionnaire
1. Order Details Order number, product name, and approximate delivery date.
2. How Did You Set It Up?
- Where was the sheet placed? (directly on mattress / under fitted sheet / other)
- Did you sleep directly on it, or with fabric between you and the sheet?
- How did you ground it? (which socket or grounding rod, and did you test the connection?)
3. Usage Pattern How many nights did you use it in total? And was anything unusual happening during this period that might affect your sleep? (travel, illness, new medications, high stress, alcohol, etc.)
4. What Were You Hoping For vs. What Happened? Pick 1-3 things you wanted to improve (sleep quality, pain, energy, etc.) and tell us specifically what you noticed. Examples help: "Still waking 3-4 times" or "Morning stiffness unchanged after 2 weeks" or "No difference in how long it takes to fall asleep."
5. Product Condition
- Current state: like new / lightly used / heavily used
- Has it been washed per care instructions? (briefly how)
- All parts included?
- Please attach 2-3 clear photos showing overall condition
90-day guarantee applies to orders placed from 13.03.2025 until 05.01.2026:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and they will not be deducted from your refund. You will need to arrange and pay for shipping directly.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product, please contact us at info@wellnatura.co.uk, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Restocking Fees:
We do not charge any restocking fees.
