This website is operated by Happy Cart Limited, trading as WellNatura. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Happy Cart Limited.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the website or use any services.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

2. How Orders Work

The product descriptions in our online shop do not represent binding offers but serve to enable you to make a binding offer. By completing the checkout process, you submit a legally binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. You can also place an order by telephone or email.

We accept your order by sending a shipping confirmation email or by delivering the goods. Order processing and contact take place via email. Please ensure the email address you provide is correct and that emails from us are not blocked by spam filters.

If you select PayPal as your payment method, payment is processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., subject to the PayPal Terms of Use.

Only the English language is available for concluding the contract.

3. Right of Cancellation

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. The 30-day period begins from the date you receive your goods. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling. Full details can be found in our Cancellation Policy.

When you cancel, we will refund the full purchase price within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods. All UK orders include free shipping. Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when sending returns.

We may make a deduction from the refund if the goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the item. If the return arrives after the guarantee period has expired, the return may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Any taxes, duties, or fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Exchange: Customers may exchange defective or damaged items for a new one of equal value, subject to availability. Shipping fees for the exchange will be borne by the customer.

Refund: Customers may request a full refund, which will be processed once the returned items have been received at our return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, the prices shown are total prices inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. When paying via PayPal, payment is processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., subject to the PayPal Terms of Use.

In individual cases, returns may incur additional costs such as transfer fees or exchange rate fees which must be borne by the customer.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery within the UK is free of charge. Handling time is 1 to 2 business days. Transit time is 2 to 11 business days. Total estimated delivery is 3 to 13 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

If the transport company returns shipped goods because delivery was not possible, the customer will bear the costs for the unsuccessful shipping, unless the customer was not responsible for the failed delivery.

If delivery is not possible, the goods will be stored for 3 days and can be re-dispatched free of charge. If we do not receive a response confirming the address, the customer must bear the resulting storage and shipping costs.

Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.

7. Retention of Title

Ownership of delivered goods is reserved until the purchase price has been paid in full.

8. Defective Goods

If your item is defective, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. You have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund from the date you receive them. After 30 days and up to 6 months, we have one opportunity to repair or replace the goods. If unsuccessful, you are entitled to a full refund. After 6 months, you must prove the goods were faulty at the time of delivery.

Please report any obvious transport damage to the deliverer and inform us. This will have no impact on your legal or contractual claims. Defects due to improper use or normal wear and tear are not covered.

9. Promotional Codes

Promotional codes can only be redeemed in our online shop within the specified period. Only one promotional code can be redeemed per order. Individual products may be excluded from promotions. The value of the goods must be at least equal to the amount of the promotional code. Any remaining balance will not be refunded. The promotional code will not be refunded if you return goods paid for with the code.

10. Products and Services

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

11. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

12. Accuracy of Information

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, without prior notice.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party websites and will not have any liability for any third-party materials, products, or services.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to infringe upon intellectual property rights, to harass or discriminate, to submit false or misleading information, to upload viruses or malicious code, to collect personal information of others, to spam, phish, or scrape, or to interfere with the security features of the Service. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of these prohibited uses.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to the above, we do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Happy Cart Limited and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
