To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 30-day withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the standard, least expensive method offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 90 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund will be processed using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
