How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time consists of two phases:
Handling time (1 to 2 working days): Once your order is received, it will be confirmed, checked, and packaged within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Transit time (2 to 11 working days): The shipping time from our fulfilment centre to your delivery address is 2 to 11 working days (Monday to Friday).
Total estimated delivery time: 3 to 13 working days.
Shipping within the United Kingdom is free of charge. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as bank holidays or carrier delays.
