Your fitted sheet takes the sweat, lotions and weekly washing. The topper stays on the bed, so it only needs a wash a few times a year. Real silver also resists bacteria and odour on its own.
When you do wash it:
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand wash
- Air-dry flat, skip the tumble dryer

How do I know if the sockets in my home are grounded?
You can check if your sockets are grounded using a grounding test pen, which will light up if the socket is properly grounded. In the UK, most standard sockets are grounded, but for peace of mind, we offer a grounding test pen as an optional product.
Is the grounding topper connected to electricity?
No. The topper is not connected to electricity. The cable uses the earth pin of the socket only, and the earth pin carries no power.
Can I wear pyjamas on the grounding topper?
Yes. Thin natural fabrics such as cotton, linen or bamboo work best, both for your pyjamas and for the fitted sheet on top. A little bare skin on the bed, like your feet or forearms, gives the most direct connection, but it is not a must.
Does my normal fitted sheet go on top?
Yes, that is how it is designed. Use a thin natural-fibre fitted sheet such as cotton, linen or bamboo. Keep waterproof or thick polyester covers off the top of the topper. A mattress protector goes underneath it.
How do I set up the grounding topper?
Lay it on your mattress with the snap at the foot end, hook the four elastic straps under the mattress corners and put your own fitted sheet on top. Clip the cable onto the snap, fit the UK grounding plug and push it into any wall socket. That is it, you are grounded.
How do I wash the topper?
It sits under your fitted sheet, so it needs washing far less often than bedding, a few times a year is plenty. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent, no bleach or fabric softener, and air-dry flat.
Where is the silver in the topper?
